When can I get my order?

All of our party crowns are handmade, which means that each item is unique and made with care. We take pride in crafting each individual crown, and we hope that you will appreciate the attention to detail that goes into every party crown we make to help make your little ones birthday as special as possible!

 

Please ensure when placing your order you provide an accurate date of when your crown is required. While we do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please note that our handmade process may result in a slight delay in shipping or pick-up times. We will always keep you informed of any delays and will do our best to accommodate your needs - in the instance your order is unable to be met due to supplied timeframe/stock availability etc you will be issued with a full refund.

We offer shipping to all locations within Australia. All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Once your party crown has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on shipping progress. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any lost items due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

 

NOTE: We understand that COVID-19 has brought unique challenges to shipping and deliveries across the world. Please note that shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

Local Pick-Up

We offer a convenient free local pick-up option in Townsville for customers who live in the area or who prefer to avoid shipping fees. During checkout, you will be given the option to select local pick-up as your shipping method. Once your order has been processed and is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email with instructions on where and when to pick up your items.

 

Our pick-up location is conveniently located in Mount Louisa or Townsville City. Please note that pick-up times are by appointment only, and we require at least 24 hours' notice before coming to pick-up your order. Returns Policy
All of our handmade party crowns are carefully crafted with attention to detail to ensure that they meet our quality standards. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your party crown. Due to the nature of our party crowns, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a fault with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection/delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

In the instance your order is unable to be met due to supplied timeframe/stock availability etc you will be issued with a full refund.
